(“ORD Partners,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you visit ordpartners.com, ordpartners.learnworlds.com, or any related online learning services (the “Website”). ORD Partners complies with Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where applicable, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). 1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Policy the following terms shall have the following meanings:
"Account": the personal details and credentials used to access ORD Partners courses or materials.

"ORDpartners": means ORDpartners, ADDRESS;

"User" / "Users": means any third party that accesses the Web Site and is not employed by ORDpartners and acting in the course of their employment; and
"Website": means the website that you are currently using (ordpartners.learnworlds.com) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. subdomain.yourschool.com) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

We collect only the information necessary to deliver our services, including:

  • Identity & Contact Information – name, job title, organization, email address, phone number, and mailing address.

  • Account Information – login credentials, course enrollments, completion status, and preferences.

  • Payment Information – credit or debit card details processed securely by third-party processors (ORD Partners does not store full card numbers).

  • Technical Data – IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and Website usage logs.

  • Cookies & Analytics Data – information about your browsing behaviour (see Section 10).


3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  1. Create and manage learner accounts.

  2. Process payments and deliver purchased courses.

  3. Communicate service updates, confirmations, and technical notices.

  4. Send optional promotional or newsletter emails (with consent — see Section 12).

  5. Improve Website performance and course quality.

  6. Meet legal, regulatory, or security obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.


4. Third Party Web Sites and Services

ORD Partners uses reputable third parties that assist in operating our Website and learning systems, including:

  • LearnWorlds Ltd. (EU – learning-management platform)

  • Stripe Inc. and/or PayPal Inc. (payment processing)

  • Google Analytics / Mailchimp (analytics and communications)

These providers may store or process data outside Canada. Each is contractually required to protect personal information in compliance with PIPA/PIPEDA or equivalent safeguards.
Data handled abroad may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.


6. Data Retention

  • 5.1 ORDpartners may, from time to time, expand or reduce its business and this may involve the sale of certain divisions or the transfer of control of certain divisions to other parties. Data provided by Users will, where it is relevant to any division so transferred, be transferred along with that division and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this Policy, be permitted to use the Data for the purposes for which it was supplied by you.
  • 5.2 In the event that any Data submitted by Users will be transferred in such a manner, you will be contacted in advance and informed of the changes. When contacted you will be given the choice to have your Data deleted or withheld from the new owner or controller.

6. Controlling Access to your Data

  • 6.1 Wherever you are required to submit Data, you will be given options to restrict our use of that Data. This may include the following:
  • 6.1.1 use of Data for direct marketing purposes; and
  • 6.1.2 sharing Data with third parties.

  • 7.1 You may access certain areas of the Web Site without providing any Data at all. However, to use all Services and Systems available on the Web Site you may be required to submit Account information or other Data.

  • 8.2 You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal Data on payment of a small fee.

Data security is of great importance to ORDpartners and to protect your Data we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure Data collected online.

We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in technology, legislation, or business operations.
The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will change accordingly.
